Dr. Jenn Bossio, C. Psych
Desire, Demystified: What Every Woman Should Have Been Taught About Sex
Let’s talk about the real story behind women’s sexual desire. In this honest, empowering session, sexual health expert, Dr. Jenn Bossio, will unpack why intimacy shifts over time, normalize your experiences with sex and intimacy (you defintely aren’t alone), and teach you what no one ever taught you about sex. If you’ve ever wondered why your desire doesn’t match the romance novel fantasy—or felt shame for wanting too much or too little—this talk is for you.
Sherry Lachine
Stress Less
Daily stressors — both loud and hidden — quietly erode our energy, focus, and ability to show up. Sherry will unpack how stress sneaks into our bodies and minds, and introduce The Self-Care Stack™ — an innovative model that helps you reset through body, nervous system, and emotional care.
You’ll walk away with simple, practical tools from the Stack that you can use immediately to restore balance, protect your energy, and build resilience.

Becky Williams
Panel Discussion: Challenge & Resilience
Becky runs Maple Ridge Farm along with her husband, Mark McCrady (pictured) and their sons Mitchell and Ben. They raise grass-finished Dexter Beef, pastured Berkshire pork, and pastured chickens for meat and eggs. They also keep honeybees and grow cut flowers.
Growing food in a regenerative way has also allowed them to make a living on the farm. When they moved to Maple Ridge, Becky was working full-time off farm. But she decided that spending time at a desk behind a computer wasn’t what she wanted to do with her life.
Becky and Mark are grateful to the loyal customers who support their farm and see value in knowing where their food comes from. “Because of them our farm is sustainable. “Now we’re taking care of the people who support us.”
